Spark Woodfire Grill is located in beautiful Huntington Beach, California. Featuring the finest ocean view dining of the beach area, Spark specializes in the woodfire grilling and roasting of Prime or Certified Angus Beef hand‑cut steaks, chops, seafood, and slowly roasted Iowa BBQ Baby Back ribs using only the freshest “Prime” and “choice” graded meats and seafood available. The distinctive menu comprised of contemporary American cuisine is prepared on either a Hickory woodfire grill or in a 1600 degree specialty Steak broiler creating delicious and savory flavors in all the meat, poultry and seafood dishes.
Spark was selected by Bon Appetit Magazine as one of the "Best Neighborhood Restaurants" in the country. Spark was also selected as the “Best restaurant in Huntington Beach” by the Orange County Restaurant Association.
In addition to a la carte dining, the restaurant offers a heated terrace overlooking the ocean that is wonderful for special events, romantic occasions and private functions for up to 200 guests.
